Thank you for your order from The Enchanted Envelope! Every letter we create is a personalized, magical keepsake, crafted with care just for you. Please read our policy below to understand how we get your special mail from our workshop to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

This is the time it takes for our elves to personalize, print, assemble, and package your magical mail.

All our letters are made-to-order. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days.

For our "Gold Fireside Reading" package, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for Santa to record your child's special video message.

"Business days" are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Rates

This is the time it takes for your order to travel to you after it has been processed and shipped.

We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail.

Estimated shipping time for domestic (U.S.) orders is 3-5 business days.

Total Expected Delivery Time: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 6-10 business days from the time you place your order.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $35! For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

A Note on Holiday Shipping

The holiday season is a very busy time for USPS and other carriers. While we will always process your order within the timeframe stated above, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We highly recommend placing your holiday orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
