However, your happiness is our absolute top priority, and we stand by the quality of our magical mail. We are committed to making sure your experience is perfect and will gladly issue a free replacement under the following circumstances:
There is a mistake on our end. If we make an error in personalization (like misspelling a name that was provided correctly), please let us know. We will send a corrected letter to you immediately, free of charge.
We do ask that you please double-check all your personalization details before ordering, as we cannot offer free replacements for errors in the information submitted to us.
